We want them to feel like the rules are relaxed and the muddy boots are welcome – all whilst staying in an elegant country house hotel.
We were invited by Dorchester Collection to create the brand for their new hotel in the countryside. This was their first venture out of the city. Renowned for grandeur and indulgence, we helped them put their own spin on the typical country house hotel.
British country houses used to have a reputation for being a little fussy and dated, so we deliberately made Coworth Park feel anything but. We gave their identity a modern spin and their words a sense of humour.
The details were important to us: from the bright orange colour contrasting with the green of the trees, gardens and woods, to the highly steal-able log-inspired ‘do not disturb’ signs.
