We want them to know that this isn’t another craft beer on tap, or a low quality pre-mixed cocktail. This brand is here to change preconceptions of how cocktails are served and experienced.
Black Lines asked us to help them with their drinks company rebrand. The time was right to get the brand on track, change the name and give the team a fresh start.
We gave Black Lines a modern art angle, one that celebrated creativity and craft but also showed the innovation and science behind their drinks. The name was inspired by a Kandinsky painting and we commissioned original illustrations to celebrate and represent each cocktail serve.
We wanted the public – and the trade – to recognise a fun and modern brand, but also gain confidence in terms of quality, to be able to sense how much craft and innovation has gone into the process and ingredients.
